Beginner Kids Swim

Introduction to water and basic swimming skills for young children. Our Beginner Kids Swim program is designed to gently introduce young children to the water, building confidence and fundamental swimming skills in a fun and safe environment. Led by our experienced and patient instructors, classes focus on water acclimation, basic strokes like kicking and floating, and water safety. We use games and playful activities to keep children engaged and motivated, ensuring a positive first experience with swimming.

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Certified Swimming Instructor

Intermediate Kids Swim

Developing stroke techniques and building endurance for children with some swimming experience. Our Intermediate Kids Swim program builds upon the basics, focusing on refining stroke techniques and increasing endurance. Children will learn freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, along with diving and turning skills. Our instructors provide personalized feedback to help each child improve their technique and efficiency in the water. We aim to develop well-rounded swimmers who are both skilled and confident.

Aqua Zumba

High-energy aquatic fitness class combining Zumba rhythms with water resistance. Aqua Zumba brings the party to the pool! This high-energy class combines the fun and rhythmic dance moves of Zumba with the low-impact, high-resistance benefits of water. It’s a fantastic full-body workout that’s easy on the joints and incredibly fun. Get ready to splash, dance, and sweat your way to fitness in this unique aquatic experience. No dance experience required – just bring your energy and get ready to move!
